Account Manager / Project Manager (Pharma)

<p>Our agency client is looking for a Creative Account/ Project Manager to join their team.</p><p>This will be a 6+ month contract, 40 hours per week and remote.</p><p><strong>You must have pharma client experience, and ideally from an agency or in-house studio.</strong></p><p><br></p><p>This person will play a key role in leading a creative team of content creators in the development of innovative, high-quality creative assets and unique experiences that engage customers.</p><p><br></p><p><u>Responsibilities: </u></p><ul><li>Communicate the client's goals and represent the client's interests to the internal team</li><li>Facilitate regular two-way communication between the client and creative team, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations</li><li>Collaborate with marketing on internal briefing documents</li><li>Review client deliverables to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met</li><li>Work closely with creative, copy and creative projects coordinator to maintain a continuous, high-level knowledge of project status</li><li>Oversee client work to ensure client needs and creative goals, and quality standards are met</li><li>Contribute design ideas and guidance on client work, coaching design and creative teams to produce their best work</li><li>Build trust and nurture productive relationships with internal business partners, external agency partners and marketing</li></ul><p><br></p><p><u>What is needed:</u></p><ul><li>Experience working with a creative team at an agency or in-house creative department</li><li>Knowledge and experience with digital production requirements and processes</li><li>Experience with content management systems and project management tools (e.g. Smartsheet, Asana, etc.)</li><li>Knowledge of FDA guidelines in relation to pharmaceutical marketing practices a strong plus</li><li>Pharma experience is a must</li></ul><p></p>
