Associate Compensation Analyst

About the position

The Associate Compensation Analyst supports the Compensation team in the administration, analysis, and maintenance of the organization's compensation programs and tools. This role is responsible for performing day-to-day compensation activities, analyzing market data to price jobs, maintaining data accuracy, and providing guidance to HR partners and business leaders on compensation-related inquiries.

Responsibilities

  • Supports the daily operations of compensation programs, including salary structures, incentive plans, and annual merit and bonus processing.
  • Conduct job analyses and evaluations to ensure roles are accurately defined and aligned with internal and external benchmarks.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date compensation data within HR systems and assist with compensation and benchmarking survey submissions.
  • Respond to compensation-related questions from HR partners and leaders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in Compensation, HR analytics or related field.
  • General knowledge of compensation principles, market pricing and job evaluations preferred.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with HRIS and Compensation systems (e.g., SAP ECC, SAP SuccessFactors, PayFactors, etc.) preferred.
