Atlassian Platform Engineer ( JIRA, Atlassian , confluence)

Role Description:Support & Maintenance:
Provide technical support to resolve critical incidents and user requests.
Proactive maintenance of SaaS infrastructures (e.g., JIRA Cloud) and on-premise systems (Windows Server).

Infrastructure Management:
Monitor, optimize, and administer JIRA Cloud and on-premise servers (updates, patches, backups, performance tuning).

Advanced Troubleshooting & Problem Solving:
Resolve configuration, workflow, and plugin issues.
Conduct root cause analysis for recurring or complex problems.

Integration & Customization:
Implement integrations between Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence) and enterprise systems (CRM, ERP).
Customize dashboards, workflows, and UI/UX enhancements.
Develop custom scripts, plugins, or APIs for organizational needs.

Security & Compliance:
Enforce security best practices (access management, threat monitoring, vulnerability testing).
Ensure compliance with GDPR, HIPAA, ISO, and other standards.

Optimization & Upgrades:
Fine-tune JIRA performance (database/server optimization, scaling).
Execute platform upgrades, migrations, and bug fixes.

Vendor & License Management:
Handle license procurement, subscription management, and cost optimization.

Essential Skills:
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
Experience: 6 8 years in Atlassian product support (JIRA, Confluence, Trello, Atlassian Guard), including configuration, custom workflows, and enterprise-scale administration.

Certifications:
o Jira Administration for Data Center.
o Atlassian Cloud Organization Admin.

Technical Expertise:
o Strong understanding of ITIL support framework and SDLC processes.
o Bilingual fluency in French and English.

Soft Skills:
o Ability to communicate complex technical issues clearly.
o Collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
