Position Overview:

As a Teller at PNC, you will provide exceptional customer service, help customers manage their financial transactions, and support branch operations. You will create a positive customer experience while identifying opportunities to promote PNC products and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Shapes PNC solutions to meet the demands of clients.
  • Recognizes potential sales chances and guides customers towards the right team members for fostering connections.
  • Assists clients in familiarizing themselves with digital banking tools, technology alternatives, and self-service options for better financial transaction management.
  • Effectively resolves customer problems through the application of product and procedural understanding.
  • Verifies the precise completion of teller and branch operations by adhering strictly to PNC's policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
