Bilingual (English-Spanish) Account Manager Junior

We are looking for a proactive and fluent English speaker to work remotely, connecting vendors and clients across the United States in the maintenance and facility services field.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate and coordinate between vendors and clients to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Post and manage advertisements on the right platforms to attract new clients in need of maintenance services.
  • Understand the day-to-day operations and culture in the U.S., including time zones, communication styles, and service expectations.
  • Track requests, schedule services, and maintain clear communication between all parties involved.

Requirements:

  • Advanced English skills (spoken and written) — essential for client and vendor communication.
  • Experience in maintenance coordination, facilities management, or service operations (preferred).
  • Familiarity with lead generation or posting platforms (Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, Google, etc.).
  • Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Full-time availability and remote work setup.
