Job Description

We are seeking a Bilingual IT Helpdesk Agent to join our team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing helpdesk tickets and level I support requests
  • Communicating effectively with users, internal teams, and external vendors to coordinate solutions
  • Providing clear instructions to users, ensuring their satisfaction and understanding of solutions
  • Identifying and escalating complex issues to technical support

Core Competencies

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Bilingualism (French/English)
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries with patience and professionalism

Additional Qualifications

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and MS Office
  • Understanding of remote management tools and techniques
  • Experience with Active Directory and CRM applications
