Brand Ambassador - Sprouts In-Store Sampling (Part-Time, Weekends)

Everyday Dose is redefining the coffee ritual, and we're looking for warm, wellness-minded Brand Ambassadors to help bring the magic of Everyday Dose to life inside Sprouts stores. As a Brand Ambassador, you'll lead in-store sampling events, introduce shoppers to our gentler, clean-energy coffee alternative, and create meaningful moments that inspire people to feel better every day. <ul><li>This is NOT a remote or office-based position. Brand Ambassadors will work exclusively in the field at Sprouts stores and should expect to visit different store locations each weekend based on scheduling and market needs.** </li></ul>What You'll Do <ul><li>Prepare and serve samples of Everyday Dose during Sprouts demo events</li><li>Share simple, friendly explanations about collagen, mushrooms, and calm, clean energy</li><li>Engage shoppers with warmth, curiosity, and enthusiasm</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing demo station</li><li>Track shopper engagement and samples distributed</li><li>Submit a short post-event recap with photos</li><li>Represent Everyday Dose with professionalism, positivity, and brand alignment </li></ul>Who Thrives In This Role You're a great fit if you are: <ul><li>Friendly, approachable, and naturally engaging</li><li>Passionate about wellness, coffee, or nutrition</li><li>Reliable, punctual, and consistent (this is essential!)</li><li>Comfortable preparing drinks in a busy retail environment</li><li>Available on weekends (most events occur Sat/Sun)</li><li>A confident communicator with a positive attitude</li><li>Able to stand for 4-5 hours and lift 20-30 lb boxes</li><li>Excited to be part of a growing, mission-driven brand </li></ul>Hiring Markets We are currently hiring in: <ul><li>Austin</li><li>Houston</li><li>Dallas</li><li>Miami & Fort Lauderdale</li><li>Tampa & Sarasota</li><li>Los Angeles, Orange County & Inland Empire</li><li>Phoenix </li></ul>Requirements <li>Weekend availability</li><ul><li>This is not a remote position </li><li> You will not work from an office — this role takes place inside Sprouts stores </li><li> You will visit different store locations each weekend, depending on scheduling and market needs </li><li>Reliable transportation</li><li>Ability to commit to at least 4-6 weekends of events</li><li>Professional, dependable communication</li><li>Comfortable working independently</li><li>Able to arrive 30-45 minutes early for setup</li><li>Willing to wear provided branded apparel</li><li>Completion of required training before first event </li></ul>Benefits <ul><li>$25-$30 per hour (market dependent)</li><li>Flexible weekend scheduling</li><li>Mileage reimbursement (varies by market)</li><li>Opportunities to grow into Lead Brand Ambassador roles</li><li>Join a positive, supportive, mission-driven community</li></ul>
