Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate labeling and documentation of all parcels and letters.

  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the postal counter and storage areas.

  • Provide information regarding postal rates, services, and delivery timelines.

  • Report any discrepancies, delayed deliveries, or customer issues to the supervisor.

  • Uphold Canada Posts customer service and operational standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.

  • Basic computer literacy for data entry and tracking parcels.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

  • Basic math skills for handling cash and daily transactions.

  • Physical ability to lift and move packages when required (up to 23 kg / 50 lbs).

Experience

  • No prior experience required – Freshers and entry-level candidates are welcome.

  • Experience in retail, customer service, or clerical work is an advantage.

Working Hours

  • Full-time and part-time positions available.
