Client Care Representative
**Position Available**: Client Care Representative
**Duration**: Permanent, Full Time
**Hours**: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
**Start Date**: ASAP
We have a current opening for an inside client care representative. The primary focus in this role is to be an in-office point of contact for our customers. You will be responsible for entering customer orders accurately and efficiently. You will be expected to provide a high level of customer service to our existing clients as well as being the first point of contact to provide information and answer questions for potential clients.
This role requires a high level of both oral and written communication skill for interacting with internal and external shareholders. You will be expected to respond to questions and concerns with speed and professionalism. This will involve processing orders, resolving customer complaints and maintaining current client data.
- Taking phone calls and interacting with our customers
- Responsible for answering the front door and greeting guests
- Entering customer orders
- Prints for invoices and service tickets (10 am, 2 pm and 5 pm)
- Post invoices, resub files, and delivery breakdown
- Driver check-in upstairs
- Sorting paperwork and ensuring proper distribution
- Scanning contracts and invoices
- Ensuring office supplies are well maintained
**Salary**: $15.50-$25.40 per hour
