<p><strong>About the Company</strong></p><p><br></p><p>We are working with one of our clients to place an Azure Fabric Engineer / Architect on a contract basis.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Hybrid role based in McKinney, TX.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Hands-on Microsoft Fabric experience — Lakehouse, Warehouse, OneLake, Semantic Models</li><li>ETL/ELT pipeline development + data migration from legacy and on-premises systems</li><li>CI/CD for Fabric artifacts via Azure DevOps, Git workflows, and YAML pipelines</li><li>Strong SQL, PySpark/Spark, Delta/Parquet processing</li><li>Governance, monitoring, and production support experience for enterprise data platforms</li><li>Service principals, RBAC, and secret management</li><li>Strong documentation, troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration skills</li></ul><p><br></p><p> <strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Target candidates: Azure Data Engineers, Microsoft Fabric Architects, Senior Data Engineers — open to work or passively open.</li><li>Priority on candidates currently working in active Microsoft Fabric environments.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Required Skills</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Hands-on Microsoft Fabric experience</li><li>ETL/ELT pipeline development</li><li>CI/CD for Fabric artifacts</li><li>Strong SQL, PySpark/Spark skills</li><li>Governance and monitoring experience</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Preferred Skills</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Experience with Delta/Parquet processing</li><li>Service principals and RBAC knowledge</li><li>Strong documentation and troubleshooting skills</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Contract / Contract to Hire position.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Equal Opportunity Statement</strong></p><p><br></p><p>We are committed to diversity and inclusivity.</p><p></p>
