Counter Customer Service Representative (CCSR) - Anticipatory

About the Role 

Counter Customer Service Representatives play a critical role within Graybar Canada. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

• Sell merchandise over the counter while ensuring quality customer experiences and adherence to Graybar Canada's standards.
• Provide technical support for product selection and application, and gain knowledge through workshops and publications.
• Manage inventory by tracking stock levels, recommending new stock, and maintaining organization standards. 
• Assist in the warehouse to help receive, pick, and ship out products.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves and workstations neat. 
• Other duties may be assigned as needed. 

About You

We are seeking candidates to join our talent pool who:

• Minimum Grade 12 required; preference for candidates with technical or post-secondary education and one to three years of related sales experience.
• Strong time management, organizational, and relationship-building skills to foster customer loyalty.
• Excellent customer service, troubleshooting, and conflict resolution abilities, alongside effective communication skills. 
• A willingness to gain technical knowledge, the ability to lift up to 60 lbs., and experience with computerized inventory systems are essential.
