Creator Partnerships Executive (YouTube Outreach)

We’re looking for a high-agency operator to drive partnerships with YouTubers. Your core responsibility is to identify, reach out to, and convert creators into working with us through consistent, multi-channel communication.

This is not a passive coordination role — it’s execution-heavy, volume-driven, and outcome-focused.

Key Responsibilities

Creator Outreach

Identify and shortlist relevant YouTubers aligned with our target segments

Initiate contact via calls, email, WhatsApp, and other channels

Maintain high daily outreach volume

Relationship Management

Engage creators, understand their needs, and pitch our offering clearly

Follow up persistently to move conversations forward

Build a pipeline of interested creators

Conversion & Onboarding Support

Coordinate demos / onboarding conversations

Ensure smooth handoff or closure into active partnerships

CRM & Process Discipline

Update CRM rigorously with all interactions

Track outreach, follow-ups, and deal stages

Maintain clean data hygiene and reporting

Communication Execution

Draft and send outreach emails, WhatsApp messages, and follow-ups

Handle objections and queries efficiently

What We’re Looking For

Strong communication skills (written + verbal)

Comfortable with cold outreach (calls + messages)

High ownership and follow-through

Ability to handle rejection and maintain consistency

Process-driven mindset (CRM discipline is non-negotiable)

Prior experience in sales, creator partnerships, influencer marketing, or lead generation is a plus

Work Structure

5-day work week

High activity expectations (calls, messages, follow-ups daily)
