About This Job
Air and Space Force Solutions, a business unit within GoldenTech, has an opening at our Hill Air Force Base, Utah location for a Systems Administrator. The selected candidate will join our Information Services team and play an essential role in supporting our mission of Strategic Deterrence through continual improvement and innovation.
Job Overview:
The position will have the following duties and responsibilities: Provide systems administration for Windows servers 2016 and 2019 (both virtual and physical) and workstations (virtual and physical). Design, install, configure, and troubleshoot Microsoft Active Directory. Implement and test software patches and security fixes. Perform installation, configuration, hardening, and testing for new or updated system changes. Develop, execute, and improve documentation for installation, configuration, hardening, and operations and maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide systems administration for Windows servers 2016 and 2019 (both virtual and physical) and workstations (virtual and physical)
Design, install, configure, and troubleshoot Microsoft Active Directory
Implement and test software patches and security fixes
Perform installation, configuration, hardening, and testing for new or updated system changes

Requirements:
High School diploma and 7+ years of related IT experience, or
BA/BS degree with 3+ years of related IT experience, or
MS degree with 2+ years of related IT experience
Strong communication skills to work effectively with internal and external resources
Ability to proactively manage and prioritize multiple projects, assignments, timelines, and milestones
Experience collaborating with vendors for server technology research, development, and implementation
Certification Requirement:
The applicant must meet DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II or higher certification requirements upon hire.
