Responsibilities

• Conduct structured driving lessons for students, focusing on safe driving techniques, traffic laws, and vehicle control.
• Develop personalized lesson plans tailored to each student’s skill level and learning pace.
• Assess student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback and encouragement to build confidence.
• Maintain accurate records of lessons delivered, student performance, and progress reports in compliance with licensing standards.
• Manage classroom activities effectively during theoretical instruction sessions, ensuring engagement and understanding.
• Communicate clearly with students about expectations, safety procedures, and driving techniques to promote a positive learning experience.
• Uphold all safety protocols and legal requirements mandated by licensing authorities during all instructional activities.

Experience

• Proven experience working with students or in an educational setting, preferably within adult education or classroom management roles.
• Strong driving skills with a valid DDS certification and a clean driving record.
• Demonstrated ability to teach complex concepts in an understandable manner using effective communication skills.
• Experience managing classroom environments or conducting instructional sessions with diverse learner groups.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to motivate students, address their concerns, and foster a supportive learning atmosphere.
