We are seeking Full Time Delivery Drivers for our team. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, a valid class 5 British Columbia driver's license, and be authorized to work in Canada.
Job Description
As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for safely delivering Amazon packages to customers in the Nanaimo area. You will also be required to comply with company procedures, policies, attendance requirements, and safety standards.
Responsibilities
Safely handle and deliver Amazon packages to customers
Comply with company procedures, policies, attendance requirements, and safety standards
Operate company vehicle to local customer locations as scheduled in timely, efficient manner
Ability to safely climb in and out of vehicle, navigate stairs often
Deliver packages in all weather conditions
Lift a maximum of 50 lbs repeatedly during a 10 hour work shift
Handle challenging workload and help other drivers as needed
Ability to function calmly and efficiently in high-pressure, multi-tasking environment
Follow GPS navigation
Work Schedule:
Only full time positions are available
Typical work schedule is 10 hours per day, 40 to 50 hours per week
11 am start time, this may change
Drivers generally work 5 days per week including weekends
