Applications submitted without a portfolio will not be consideredResponsibilities: Create strategies and organic content designed to leverage and optimize Canadore's profile within public and digital spacesCreate content in various formats (video, photo, audio, etc.) and manage the creation process from start to finishProduce and edit highly creative written and visual content for the College's websites and social media profiles, as well as community outreach, government, and media communication channelsProduce and create engaging content for various social media channels, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and TwitterIdentify media trends, evaluate effectiveness of communication plans, and recommend new or revised strategies, tactics and methodsIdentify specific or unique communication delivery channels needed for collaborator groupsDevelop meaningful strategies that enhance public awareness for various marketing campaignsAssist with development of the social media calendar ensuring consistent content is posted daily on all channels and are of high quality that meets brands standardsAnalyze content success and implement changes when needed to ensure content is evolving and elevating the Canadore brand as a leader in postsecondary educationSupport the Marketing Team with digital ad creationRespond to government decisions and identify opportunities to promote Canadore as a leader in the education and public services sectorTrack and respond to relevant news, developing a distinct voice on all channels, and assist in drafting creative content that will engage key collaborators/interested partiesImplement and manage content creation procedures and processes, evaluating existing practices and opportunities for improvementApplications will be accepted by the Organizational Development and Talent Management Department through our Career Portal at https://www.canadorecollege.ca/about/careers until 12:00 p.m., on the closing date.
