Digital Content Publishing Intern (Unpaid/Honorarium) Reporting to Manager, Digital Content Toronto, Ontario Harry Rosen Inc. Central Office (77 Bloor St. West) Hybrid Work environment As Canada’s leading clothing retailer of high-end men’s wear based in Toronto and operating in major centres across Canada, an exciting and challenging internship opportunity exists in the E-Commerce Department at our Central Office. We are currently seeking a student to assist and support the E-Commerce Department. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and exposure in a well-established organization. After training takes place, the successful candidate will work independently on a number of tasks and projects with guidance from the E-Commerce team. Responsibilities will include: Upload content and images for harryrosen.com and shopfinalcut.com websites Support in weekly optimizations of sites based on business needs Assist in building site assets for campaigns & promotions Review all assets are received when needed from other internal partners Perform website audits to ensure images and content are correctly displayed and identify any errors or inconsistencies Conduct competitive review projects and identify opportunities for web enhancement Recommend areas for website SEO improvements Support in the creation and maintenance of site assets, blog articles and lookbooks Review stats and analyzing heat maps, and recommending solutions for low performers Other duties and projects as assigned to support content publishing team Requirements: Currently enrolled in a university/college program which has a formal internship/co-op requirement Strong sense of urgency, ability to prioritize and work within tight deadlines Exceptionally detail-oriented and highly organized Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Effective written and oral communication skills Technically proficient in Microsoft Office applications Experience with a Web Content Management system such as Shopify, WordPress, or Squarespace an asset Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop is a bonus Knowledge in HTML/CSS is an asset We thank you for your interest in this opportunity.
