Digital Marketing Content Writer

Description:

  • Write clear, engaging, and accurate content across the website including product pages, solution overviews, blogs, use case content, industry pages, FAQs, and more
  • Update and optimize existing pages based on SEO briefs, keyword research, or performance data
  • Apply SEO best practices including on-page optimization, keyword usage, and content structuring to help drive organic performance
  • Collaborate closely with our SEO team to execute content plans, briefs, and updates
  • Coordinate with subject matter experts (e.g. product marketing) to ensure accuracy and depth of messaging
  • Conduct independent research to deepen understanding of our customers, products, competitors, and broader industry
  • Write within established brand guidelines, voice, and tone adapting messaging for different personas and page goals
  • Implement updates in our CMS including copy entry, metadata, internal links, alt tags, and formatting
  • Collaborate with designers to ensure content fits design parameters and layout goals
  • Maintain strong version control and attention to detail through all stages of content review and publishing
  • Assist with overflow content requests or editing tasks when team bandwidth is tight or freelance support is limited

Requirements:

  • A degree in Journalism, English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in a professional writing role, preferably in a corporate B2B environment
  • Demonstrated ability to write website content that balances brand messaging with SEO optimization
  • Comfortable working with a content calendar, SEO briefs, and stakeholder input to produce high-quality, high-volume content
  • Strong working knowledge of foundational SEO principles (keyword placement, formatting for readability, meta tags, etc.)
  • Experience using a CMS to enter, format, and update content
  • Exceptional attention to detail grammar, structure, logic, and alignment with brand tone all matter to you
  • A collaborative approach you’re comfortable working cross-functionally and receptive to feedback
  • Ability to absorb new topics quickly and communicate them clearly, accurately, and persuasively
  • Experience in SaaS, e-learning, or EdTech is a strong asset but not required
