Dynamics 365 CRM - Business Analyst: On behalf of our Consulting client, Procom is searching for a Dynamics 365 CRM - Business Analyst for a 9 month contract role. This position is remote but must support Eastern Standard Time (EST). Dynamics 365 CRM - Business Analyst - Job Description: As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Business Analyst, you will collaborate with clients to comprehend their business requirements and guide them on leveraging the Dynamics 365 CRM platform effectively. You will be tasked with analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting requirements, and recommending process improvements. Dynamics 365 CRM - Business Analyst - Responsibilities: <ul><li> Analyze and document current business processes, workflows, and systems</li><li> Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and functional specifications</li><li> Create and maintain project documentation, including process flows, user stories, and use cases</li><li> Work with the Dynamics 365 CRM Functional and Technical Consultants to design and configure solutions that meet the client’s business needs</li><li> Provide leadership and design initiatives for building technology solutions</li><li> Develop architecture and functional specifications to support medium to large-scale initiatives</li><li> Define project scope, plans, and deliverables including cost and timelines </li></ul>Dynamics 365 CRM - Business Analyst - Mandatory Skills: <ul><li> 4-6 years in implementing Dynamics 365 CRM solutions</li><li> 5 years of Business Analysis experience</li><li> Specialized in developing and designing large scale solutions, serving as an expert in technical architecture and delivery</li><li> French mandatory – bilingual English/French an asset</li><li> Strong communication skills, both written and verbal</li><li> Ability to conduct business process analysis and translate requirements into functional specifications </li></ul>Dynamics 365 CRM - Business Analyst – Nice-to-Have Skills: <ul><li> Knowledge of Power Pages, Power Platform, Power BI, and related Microsoft technologies</li><li> Experience with multiple Dynamics 365 projects</li><li> Ability to work independently and in a team environment </li></ul>Dynamics 365 CRM - Business Analyst – Assignment Length: This is a contract position.
