Job Title: ETL Developer Location- Remote Role Overview We are looking for an ETL Developer to design, build, and maintain data pipelines that support analytics and business operations. The role focuses on extracting data from multiple sources, transforming it into usable formats, and loading it into data warehouses or systems efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines and workflows
  • Extract data from databases, APIs, and external sources
  • Transform raw data into clean, structured, and reliable datasets
  • Load data into data warehouses, data lakes, or other storage systems
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across systems
  • Optimize ETL processes for performance and scalability
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data issues and pipeline failures
  • Collaborate with data analysts, engineers, and business teams
  • Document data processes, workflows, and architecture
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
  • 3–7 years of experience in ETL or data engineering roles
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases
  • Hands-on experience with ETL tools (Informatica, Talend, SSIS, or similar)
  • Proficiency in scripting languages like Python or Shell
  • Understanding of data warehousing concepts (star schema, snowflake schema)
  • Familiarity with data integration and data modeling concepts
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)
  • Knowledge of big data tools (Spark, Hadoop)
  • Experience working with APIs and semi-structured data (JSON, XML)
  • Exposure to workflow orchestration tools (Airflow, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of data governance and security practices
