Executive Assistant (Remote Role - Ideal for Female Candidates)

Job description

A Canadian company is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented female executive assistant to support a fast-growing international business operating across Canada, the U.S., and the UAE.

This is a part-time remote position to start, open to candidates in any country. However, preference will be given to those currently based in or near Sharjah, UAE, as we plan to expand our regional operations there within the next 3–5 months. In-person collaboration may be considered. For the right candidate based overseas, future relocation to the UAE may also be arranged in alignment with our expansion plans.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize priorities and tasks in a simple, actionable format to help the executive make fast, effective decisions
  • Support business operations: marketing, lead generation, follow-ups, content coordination, and administration
  • Set and manage reminders for follow-ups, deadlines, ongoing improvements, and task tracking
  • Assist with preparing reports, managing calendars, and streamlining workflows
  • Handle sensitive and private matters with full discretion and loyalty
  • Share insights to improve internal systems and contribute to the company’s long-term growth vision

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Speaks and writes in clear English (fluency not required — clarity and comprehension matter more)
  • Naturally organized, feminine, elegant, and loyal someone who values calm environments and stable leadership
  • Maintains a professional appearance and presence in both virtual and in-person settings
  • Takes direction well, follows through consistently, and works without ego or unnecessary friction
  • Emotionally grounded, soft-spoken, and committed to long-term collaboration with one executive
  • Understands basic marketing tools, social media outreach, and business expansion strategies
  • Prefers meaningful, focused work over fast-paced corporate culture values privacy, exclusivity, and purpose
