Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physician Assistant (PA) or FNP to join a leading healthcare provider in delivering exceptional patient care. In this role, you will work alongside physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive medical services in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Schedule:
- Flexible Schedule
- 4x10’s or 8x5’s.
Pay:
- $180,960 - $193,440 DOE ($87 -$93 an hour)
Essential Job Functions:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical histories, physical exams, and diagnostic testing.
- Diagnose and treat common medical conditions in collaboration with supervising physicians.
- Order and interpret lab tests, imaging studies, and other diagnostic procedures.
- Develop treatment plans, prescribe medications, and monitor patient progress.
- Provide education to patients regarding disease prevention, wellness, and treatment options.
- Assist with minor medical procedures and surgeries when necessary.
- Document all patient interactions accurately and maintain thorough medical records.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and ethical standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies or a related field.
- New Grads Accepted
- Urgent Care Background Preferred
- Current state licensure as a Physician Assistant (PA).
- Certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
- Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
- years of experience preferred, but new grads are also welcome to apply.
