Duties
- Organize, file, and maintain physical and digital records with precision and consistency
- Manage incoming calls using multi-line phone systems, providing courteous and professional customer support
- Assist with front desk responsibilities, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately
- Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and bookkeeping software such as QuickBooks
- Support office management activities including calendar scheduling, appointment setting, and personal assistant duties
- Handle clerical tasks such as proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and preparing reports
- Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure the workspace remains organized and efficient
- Proven office experience with strong clerical and administrative skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools
- Familiarity with QuickBooks for bookkeeping and basic accounting tasks
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Strong phone etiquette skills with experience operating multi-line phone systems
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse clientele effectively
- Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience in office management or as a personal assistant is advantageous
- Computer literacy including typing speed, proofreading skills, and familiarity with office equipment
