Flexible Remote Administrative Assistant


We're Hiring:
Administrative Assistant (Native Spanish Speaker)

Are you organized, proactive, and passionate about keeping operations running smoothly? Join our team and provide day‑to‑day administrative support across the company.

Key Responsibilities
Manage calendars and coordinate meetings — internal and client‑facing.

Prepare and organize documents such as presentations, reports, meeting minutes, and databases.

Monitor email and other communications, set priorities, and follow up as needed.

Keep files and records up to date in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail).

Assist various departments with ad‑hoc tasks (ordering supplies, booking travel, basic inventory control, etc.).

Requirements
Native‑level Spanish speaker (excellent written and spoken).

Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Confident user of Google Workspace or comparable tools (Microsoft 365, Notion, etc.).

Ability to work independently, set priorities, and meet deadlines.

Previous experience in administrative or office roles is a plus.

Position Details
Part‑time, remote — flexible hours set weekly.

Hourly contract with potential to expand based on performance.
