Full Time Front Desk Receptionist

Full Time Real Estate Receptionist required for a busy Real Estate office for day evenings and alternating weekends.

This position is primarily responsible for reception duties real estate property listing processing and administrative work. We are looking for someone who is a quick learner team player and willing to take on additional duties on occasion if required.

Key responsibilities:

Answer screen and forward all incoming phone calls managing and constantly checking our general Email

Prepare organize upload and process listing and documents to meet deadlines including data entry

Preparations of offers and related documents using WebForms

Booking and confirming appointments using Brokerbay

Handling general inquiries from agents in a pleasant and timely manner

Greet Agents and clients at the front desk in a professional and courteous manner

Receive and accept mail and courier packages including processing and sending outgoing mail ordering couriers for deliveries

Handling Deposit cheques offers and listings

Keep office tidy and organized

Required Skills:

Real Estate industry experience is preferred

High level of initiative and the ability to multitask

A team player and collaborative demeanour

Exceptional customer service skills (on the phone and in person)

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent organization and time management skills with an eye for detail
