Immediate hiring US Voice Sales Specialist (Night Shift) US-based MNC

Benzeen Pvt Ltd is hiring a motivated and experienced Voice Sales Agent with experience in the U.S. market. The role involves handling sales and support inquiries through calls, chats, and emails for both business and retail customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to drive sales conversions in a fast-paced environment.

Role & responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries and conduct outbound calls with U.S.-based customers via phone, chat, and email.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding customer needs and preferences.
  • Provide accurate information regarding auto parts, pricing, availability, and assist customers throughout the purchasing process.
  • Identify sales opportunities by recommending suitable products and services based on customer requirements.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
  • Follow up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction and resolve any concerns effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and sales activities within the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as finance, inventory, and service departments to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Handle customer objections professionally and close sales while adhering to company policies and standards.

Job Requirements:
