Location: McAllen, TX

Valley Collective partners with established telecommunications providers to expand their reach through strategic, in-person sales campaigns. With demand for reliable internet, streaming access, and mobile flexibility continuing to grow, we are expanding our in-store team in McAllen.

We are looking for an In-Store Sales Associate to represent broadband internet, Wi-Fi technology, entertainment bundles, and mobile service solutions within retail environments.

The Opportunity

This role suits someone at the start of their sales journey who wants structure, training, and real exposure to performance-based sales in a supportive environment.

Day-to-Day Impact

• Proactively engage shoppers and introduce essential connectivity and mobile services

• Present internet speeds, bundled packages, and mobile plans clearly, positioning benefits in a way that resonates with each customer

• Turn interest into action through consultative, needs-based conversations

• Support customers through enrolment and activation with accuracy and professionalism

• Maintain a polished and energetic in-store presence that strengthens brand credibility

• Identify opportunities to maximise value through bundled or upgraded service options

• Contribute to team performance goals and campaign success

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per week

Expected hours: 45 – 55 per week
