Information Technology/Operational Technology Business Analyst
• Act as the primary point of contact between GREF engineering/maintenance teams and IT to ensure seamless communication and collaboration<br>• Facilitate discussions and meetings to address IT compliance requirements and operational needs, to include forecasting of new systems or enhancements and upgrades of existing systems<br>• Stay updated on evolving IT compliance requirements and processes that impact OT systems<br>• Assess current OT systems for compliance with IT standards and regulations, providing recommendations for improvement<br>• Provide training and support to GREF engineering and maintenance teams on IT compliance standards and best practices<br>• Assist in the development of documentation and resources to guide teams in maintaining compliance<br>• Develop and modify documentation to guide teams with procuring and provisioning assets through IT for OT systems<br>• Conduct risk assessments related to IT-OT integration and compliance, identifying potential vulnerabilities and recommending mitigation strategies<br>• Perform business system owner responsibilities as assigned, including but not limited to:<br>o Gathering, updating, and managing OT inventory<br>o Understanding and implementation of cybersecurity requirements<br>o Collaborating with stakeholders across GREF to ensure compliance by leading or supporting project plan development, identifying risk and associated mitigation actions, communicating requirements, and tracking open actions to closure<br><br>We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
