Insurance Sales Specialist
As a key player in the insurance industry, we are seeking an experienced Insurance Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients on their insurance needs, ensuring that they have the right coverage to protect their assets.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and building long-lasting relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide quotes and sell new policies to customers via phone, in-person, or email
- Assist customers with home and auto policy purchases daily
- Manage and build customer relationships, meeting sales targets and increasing revenue
- Follow up on client accounts, resolving outstanding activities and ensuring timely renewal calls for existing customer business
- Conduct sales calls for new business and timely renewal calls for existing customer business
Requirements:
- No experience required if unlicensed, training provided
- RIBO / General Level 1 Insurance License an asset
- Proficient navigating multiple computer programs
- Professional communication skills, in-person, phone, and email required
- Prior experience achieving sales targets in a similar comparable role
- EPIC experience an asset
