International Recruiter – Global Talent Acquisition

Job Description:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding for international roles.
  • Achieve 8–10 onboardings/month for average skill roles.
  • Achieve 3–5 onboardings/month for niche skill roles.
  • Maintain high-level understanding of job market conditions, cultural nuances, compensation structures, taxation, and payroll systems in the USA, UK, UAE, KSA, and Qatar.
  • Leverage personal network, job boards, social media, and recruitment platforms to identify top talent.
  • Work closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand role requirements and align hiring strategies.
  • Ensure a seamless and professional experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Ensure hiring practices comply with local labor laws and internal policies.
  • Track and report KPIs including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate, and onboarding success.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years in international recruitment, preferably with USA, UK, UAE, KSA, and Qatar exposure.
  • Familiarity with global compensation models, taxation norms, and payroll systems.
  • Understanding of cultural expectations and work ethics across regions.
  • Proficiency in ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
