Job Search Specialist

We are a career coaching and consulting business that helps professionals land their next role.

We run a done-for-you job search program where we actively manage applications, customize resumes and cover letters, and engage directly with recruiters on behalf of our clients.

We are hiring a Job Search Specialist (Application Manager) to own the full application process for multiple clients.

This role is ideal for someone with recruitment, HR, or job search support experience who enjoys helping candidates succeed and has sharp attention to detail.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

Job Identification:
Search and identify roles that align with each client's career goals.

Application Customization:
Tailor resumes and cover letters to match specific job requirements using our templates and brand standards.

Application Submission:
Apply to jobs on job boards, company portals, and LinkedIn on behalf of clients.

Recruiter Outreach:
Conduct outreach and follow-up with recruiters and hiring managers on LinkedIn or email.

Tracking & Reporting:
Maintain an organized tracker of roles, applications, and responses. Provide weekly progress updates.

Quality Control:
Ensure applications are error-free, aligned with client targets, and completed on time.

Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 30 hours per week.
