Legal Administrative Assistant - Remote
<p>Description</p><p>We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented <strong>Legal Administrative Assistant</strong> to join our growing legal department. This entry-level role will provide critical support across the legal function, working closely with paralegals, attorneys, and other team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent service to our franchise network. The Legal Administrative Assistant will assist in legal operations projects, manage administrative tasks, and partner with franchisees to prepare and file attestations required by business partners.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Provide administrative support to the legal department, including document management, scheduling, filing, and correspondence.</li><li>Assist with contract tracking, compliance calendars, and maintenance of departmental records.</li><li>Support legal operations initiatives, including process improvements, reporting, and system updates.</li><li>Work directly with franchisees to prepare, review, and submit attestations required by business partners.</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of legal and compliance deliverables.</li><li>Assist the Senior Paralegal and broader legal team with special projects as needed.</li></ul><p>Requirements</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent administrative/legal support experience.</li><li>Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.</li><li>Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.</li><li>Detail-oriented with a high standard for accuracy.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort learning new systems and technology.</li><li>Prior experience in a legal, compliance, or franchising environment is a plus but not required.</li></ul>
