Job Description:

We are looking for a highly driven and customer-focused individual to work as a Live Chat Supporter for our expanding construction team. Being our customers' initial point of contact, you will be crucial to giving them outstanding support and service via live chat.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns through live chat

- Provide accurate information about our products and services to potential and existing customers

- Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues that may arise

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues

- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times

- Keep detailed and accurate records of all interactions with customers

- Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction by identifying and addressing recurring issues

- Stay up-to-date with product and industry knowledge to effectively assist customers

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a live chat or call center setting

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills

- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Proficient in using live chat software and other customer support tools

- Knowledge of the construction industry and products is a plus

- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
