Join Our Team as a Remote Customer Chat Specialist
We're a growing organization searching for dedicated chat support professionals to assist customers via our online messaging system.

This role is perfect for experienced support agents and newcomers alike who are eager to build a career in customer service.


Your Daily Responsibilities:
Engage with customers through chat, delivering timely and courteous responses
Adhere to established communication standards and procedures
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our system


Schedule Options (CET):
Morning: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Evening: 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM
Overnight: 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM (Primary need)


Essential Requirements:
Reliable broadband internet connection
Desktop or laptop computer (PC or Mac)
Strong keyboarding skills and ability to manage multiple browser tabs
Excellent written communication abilities
Dependable attendance and time management
