Manager, Employee Relations

Develop and implement employee relations strategies that align with the company's mission and values. Act as a point of contact for all employee relations matters, providing guidance and support to managers and employees. Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations. Investigate and address employee complaints and concerns in a timely and fair manner. Collaborate with HR and legal teams to develop and update company policies and procedures related to employee relations. Provide training and coaching to managers on employee relations topics, such as conflict resolution and performance management. Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to senior leadership. Serve as a champion for diversity and inclusion, promoting a positive and respectful work environment for all employees. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in employee relations and make recommendations for improvement. Maintain accurate and confidential employee relations records. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Foster strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives. Act as a mediator in employee disputes and provide guidance on conflict resolution. Lead investigations into employee misconduct and make recommendations for disciplinary action when necessary. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including employees, managers, and senior leadership. Manage a team of employee relations specialists and provide guidance and support as needed.
