Marketing and CRM Specialist

<p>We are looking for a unique, self-motivated individual that is a hands-on, growth-oriented Marketing & CRM Specialist to help streamline our operations, generate qualified leads, and support our website and digital outreach efforts. The selected individual must be able to work well independently and with minimal supervision. Phone, computer/internet capabilities a must. Product training and sales techniques will be provided.</p><p><br></p><p>The selected individual must be able to manage our marketing activities to drive organic leads. This will include:</p><ul><li>Clean up, administer and optimize our CRM system (HubSpot)</li><li>Conduct lead-generation research: identify companies in our target segments, gather contact information, assign leads to inside sales & manage leads in HubSpot continuously.</li><li>Manage email marketing campaigns (e-blasts): design, build, send and monitor email campaigns; support list segmentation, A/B testing, analytics.</li><li>Maintain and update website content (WordPress): make content updates, assist with landing pages, calls-to-action, and conversion optimization.</li><li>Proactively recommend and implement additional marketing initiatives to drive meetings, pipeline and brand exposure.</li><li>Collaborate with the sales team to ensure marketing-to-sales hand-off, track qualified leads to meetings booked, and refine lead qualification process</li></ul><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>CRM System Administration</li><li>Ensure data accuracy: deduplicate, enrich, update records, manage segmentation/templates.</li><li>Set up and optimize HubSpot workflows & automation (lead scoring, nurturing).</li><li>Generate reports/ dashboards to track marketing metrics (leads generated, conversion to meetings, email performance, etc).</li><li>Lead Generation & Data Entry</li><li>Identify & research prospective target companies and contacts (in defined industries/geographies).</li><li>Gather contact details (information validated, accurate) & enter into HubSpot with appropriate tags, source tracking, lead status.</li><li>Qualify leads based on defined criteria and coordinate with sales team.</li><li>Email Marketing / E-blasts</li><li>Plan & execute email campaigns: build templates, segment lists, schedule sends, monitor performance (open/click/response).</li><li>Maintain and grow mailing lists in compliance with spam/anti-spam regulations.</li><li>Provide insights and recommendations for improvement: subject lines, send-times, segmentation.</li><li>Website & Digital Content Support</li><li>Make routine WordPress website updates (text, images, blog posts, landing pages).</li><li>Work with content/consulting teams to turn specialist content (SR&ED whitepapers, case-studies) into web-friendly formats and promote them.</li><li>Support landing pages and CTAs linked to campaigns, track conversion and suggest improvements.</li><li>Strategic Marketing Initiatives</li><li>Bring ideas for new marketing initiatives suited to B2B SR&ED consulting: LinkedIn outreach, webinars, partnerships with accounting/CPA firms, referral programs, etc.</li><li>Assist in developing content or campaign briefs</li><li>Monitor and report on marketing KPI’s: lead volume, qualified leads, meetings booked, pipeline influenced, ROI of campaigns.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferences:</strong></p><ul><li>Post-secondary education in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.</li><li>2-4 years (or more) of marketing operations, CRM administration, lead-gen or B2B marketing experience. Experience in professional services or consulting is a plus.</li><li>Hands-on experience with HubSpot (or similar CRM/marketing-automation system) is strongly preferred.</li><li>Experience with WordPress website updates and basic HTML/CSS.</li><li>Strong data-entry discipline, attention to detail, organized with a process-oriented mindset.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Able to engage with business-to-business audiences and translate complex service offerings into compelling messaging.</li><li>Strong research skills: ability to identify, validate and gather contacts/info from the web, LinkedIn, databases.</li><li>Self-starter: you’ll have routine tasks (CRM clean-up, data entry, email sends) but also need to bring ideas and execute campaigns.</li><li>Experience with email-marketing platforms (HubSpot email, apollo, etc.), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, webinar platforms (Zoom Webinars), and basic analytics (HubSpot reporting).</li></ul><p><strong>About US:</strong></p><p>Since 1987, RDP Associates has been a leading B2B consulting firm specializing in SR&ED (Scientific Research & Experimental Development) tax incentives, working with innovative companies to obtain and maximize their refundable tax credits.
