Marketing/Customer Product Support Development Intern

Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote John Deere products and services. Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and preferences. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives. Help create and maintain marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and digital content. Support the planning and execution of customer events and trade shows. Provide support for customer product support initiatives, including troubleshooting and resolving customer issues. Assist in creating and analyzing customer satisfaction surveys and providing recommendations for improvement. Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative marketing ideas. Utilize social media and other digital platforms to promote John Deere products and engage with customers.
