In this role, you will work directly with one of Canada’s top mortgage brokers, leveraging your sales skills and customer service expertise</p><p><strong>Warm leads will be booked into your calendar:</strong> These come from our network which has been developed and nurtured across 2 decades. </p><p><strong>HATE chasing Apps & Docs and completing Data Entry & Compliance? Good news:</strong> This position is supported by an Administrative and Underwriting team - and they will do this for you. </p><p>This gives you the opportunity to<strong> focus on your area of EXCELLENCE which is Mortgage Sales and Client Management</strong></p><p> </p><p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p><p><strong>· </strong>Engage with clients to offer tailored mortgage solutions.</p><p><strong>· </strong>Focus on sales and client management while the team manages documentation and compliance.</p><p><strong>· </strong>Strengthen relationships with our warm leads and referral partners.</p><p><strong>· </strong>Participate in webinars, industry events, and client meetings.</p><p> </p><p><strong>What We’re Looking For:</strong></p><p><strong>· </strong>Minimum 2 years in mortgage sales, closing $5-10 million in mortgage volume annually (Or you used to hit this, but have been hurt by this market)</p><p><strong>· </strong>A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.</p><p><strong>· </strong>Strong underwriting knowledge to ensure successful lender approvals.</p><p><strong>· </strong>A desire for stability and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.</p><p><strong>· Embracing Accountability:</strong> Maintain transparency in your work through regular check-ins and time management practices. We value accountability and will support you to achieve your best performance. </p><p><strong>· Comfortable with Technology and Processes:</strong> You should be open to using CRM systems, participating in webinars, and adopting new technology solutions to improve client service.</p><p><strong>Compensation and Benefits:</strong></p><p><strong>· Flexible compensation: </strong>We have several compensation models to choose from. Salary + Bonus, Commission-Based or a Hybrid Model.
