GLANZ Endocrinology is a rapidly growing specialty practice located in Miami, FL, dedicated solely to delivering high-quality, patient-centered endocrine care. We’re seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) with experience in internal medicine or endocrinology to join our modern, state-of-the-art practice.

Position Highlights:

• Specialty: 100% Endocrinology (No Aesthetics)
• Salary Range: $52-$65 per hour based on experience
• Location: On-site in Doral, FL
• Schedule: Part Time | Day Shift | No Weekends
• Employment Type: Part-time to start, with transition to full-time

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive evaluation and management of endocrine conditions (diabetes, thyroid disorders, menopause, PCOS, osteoporosis, etc.)
• Conduct follow-up visits, medication adjustments, and patient education
• Order and interpret labs and diagnostic testing
• Collaborate with our endocrinologist and clinical team to ensure continuity of care
• Educate patients on disease management, medications, and lifestyle modifications
• Maintain accurate documentation in our EHR system
• Provide high-quality, evidence-based care with a warm and patient-focused approach

Qualifications:

• Licensed Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) in the State of Florida
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in internal medicine or endocrinology
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
• Proficient with EHR systems and patient documentation
• Bilingual (Spanish and English) required
• Passionate about long-term patient care and chronic disease management
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing outpatient setting
