Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct live online classes through platforms like Zoom, Google Meet, or the company's LMS
  • Plan and deliver structured, engaging lessons tailored to individual or group needs
  • Clarify concepts, solve doubts, and assign/assess homework or practice exercises
  • Track student progress and provide feedback to parents or coordinators
  • Maintain a consistent teaching schedule and manage session timings effectively
  • Use digital tools, whiteboards, and learning resources to enhance the learning experience

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in the subject(s) you intend to teach
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English or the relevant teaching language
  • Basic tech knowledge – ability to use online teaching tools and digital whiteboards
  • Personal laptop/PC with webcam, headset, and reliable internet connection
  • Passion for teaching and the ability to explain concepts clearly and patiently

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant field (B.Ed. a plus but not mandatory)
  • Prior teaching or tutoring experience (online or in-person) preferred
  • Ability to teach multiple subjects or bilingual teaching is a bonus
