Onsite Medical Care Representative ID-207
Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Onsite Medical Representative to join our team. As an OMR, you will be responsible for providing first aid support and making referrals to outside medical providers as necessary.
Key Accountabilities:
- First Aid Support: Provide timely and effective first aid support to associates, including administering first aid and referring them to outside medical providers as needed.
- Risk Minimization: Educate associates on workplace hazards and promote a culture of safety, minimizing the risk of injury through proactive engagement.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided to associates, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Workers' Compensation: Coordinate and maintain workers' compensation and return to work programs for associates with work-related injuries, ensuring seamless transitions back to work.
- Reporting: Provide daily activity logs and end-of-shift reports, highlighting key incidents and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Valid first aid certification.
- Experience in occupational health and safety, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with associates and leadership.
