Overnight Lead Specialist
Hours: 11 PM – 4 AM PST, Monday–Sunday
Compensation:
$6–$9/hr (DOE) + performance bonuses
About the Role:
We're a California-based real estate investment company that helps homeowners in distress — foreclosure, fire, divorce, probate, etc.
We run ads 24/7, and we need a night-shift operator who can catch those leads the moment they come in.
You'll be the first person to text or email motivated sellers (no cold calling).Your job is to keep the conversation professional, clear, and empathetic — and immediately alert the closer (me) when someone is ready to move forward.
What You'll DoMonitor new leads in our CRM (via form fills, emails, texts) in real time.
Send pre-written text templates (no hard selling).
Ask for motivation, condition, and timeline — then tag leads in CRM accordingly.
Call or message me instantly if a lead meets criteria (ready to sign / asking ≤ 75 % of Zestimate / urgent life event).
End each shift with a short summary report ("Leads handled, status updates, insights").
What You'll Need
Excellent written English (zero grammar or spelling mistakes).
Reliable Wi-Fi and quiet work environment.
Strong emotional intelligence — able to stay calm with stressed sellers.
Comfort using CRMs, spreadsheets, and AI tools for transcription (we train you).
Consistency — must show up every night and follow SOPs.
Bonus Skills
Experience in real estate, acquisitions, or lead handling.
Familiarity with CallRail, Podio, or GoHighLevel.
Bilingual (English + Spanish) is a big plus.
