Entrepreneurial to our core, our talented team members transcend obstacles into opportunities and are successfully transforming mid-market business practices.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Develop and manage paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and programmatic channels</li><li>Consult with, and advise, internal stakeholders on paid media strategy and how it will best fit with their overall campaign goals</li><li>Execute A/B tests and ad copy variations to optimize campaign performance</li><li>Monitor, analyze, and provide actionable insights on campaign performance metrics such as click-through rate, cost per click, cost per acquisition, and return on ad spend</li><li>Collaborate with content, design, and analytics teams to ensure cohesive messaging and creative alignment</li><li>Manage budgets, pacing, and bid strategies to maximize return on investment</li><li>Stay current with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies in digital advertising</li><li>Prepare and present performance reports and recommendations to stakeholders<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Skills And Experience</strong> <br><br><ul><li>3 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns</li><li>Bilingual with the ability to speak and write in French and English</li><li>Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Analytics</li><li>Strong analytical skills and experience with data visualization tools (such as Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI)</li><li>Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills</li><li>Strong focus on prioritization and accomplishing multiple tasks</li><li>Ability to see the whole user journey, and focus on the goal in order to optimize user experience to attain that goal</li><li>Understanding of the role social media plays in marketing initiatives, including the importance of ethical social media usage</li><li>Any of the following would be considered an asset:</li><ul><li>Any Google Ad or Meta Blueprint certifications</li><li>Familiarity with Google Analytics, and Power BI</li><li>Experience with conversion tracking, pixel implementation, and tag management (through Google Tag Manager)</li><li>Familiarity with Sprout Social, or Spotify's ad network<br></li></ul></ul><strong>MyRewards@MNP<br><br></strong>With a focus on high-potential earnings, MNP is proud to offer customized rewards that support our unique culture and a balanced lifestyle to thrive at work and outside of the office.
