Part-Time Website Manager (Wix + Thinkific + Stripe) – U.S.-Based Contractor - Contract to Hire

We are a U.S.-focused online professional development institute serving home childcare providers. We are seeking a U.S.-based Website Manager to support ongoing website updates, course uploads, payment integration management, and site optimization.

This is a long-term, part-time contract position with structured responsibilities and performance reporting.

Hours & Compensation

• Up to 20 hours per month

• $28 per hour

• Independent contractor (1099)

• Potential for expanded role as business grows

Responsibilities

• Add and update website pages in Wix

• Upload and structure courses in Thinkific

• Maintain Stripe payment integration

• Ensure checkout functionality and testing

• Adjust wording for clarity and professional tone

• Maintain site navigation and formatting consistency

• Perform monthly functionality audits

• Provide weekly activity report (hours + completed tasks)

Reporting Structure

Reports directly to Founder/Director.

Weekly summary required including:

• Tasks completed

• Hours worked

• Recommendations

• Site issues identified

Growth Opportunity

This role may expand into broader Digital Operations Management as revenue scales.
