Part Time Weekend Cleaner

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all. This role requires a strong work ethic, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming in assigned areas.
• Conduct maintenance tasks as needed to ensure the upkeep of the vacuums and floor machines.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns from facility users.
• Manage time efficiently to complete all cleaning assignments within designated schedules.
• Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs to management.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Experience

• Previous custodial experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices is a plus.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and facility users.
• Ability to handle heavy lifting and perform physical tasks associated with cleaning duties.
• Experience in maintenance of job specific machines (vacuums, floor machines) is advantageous but not mandatory.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.75-$20.00 per hour
