Business Development Assistance:
Support the end-to-end lifecycle of payment and ecosystem partner agreements, including drafting, tracking, organizing, and filing contracts; maintain contract databases and renewal schedules; coordinate signature workflows and follow up on outstanding items with internal and external stakeholders. -
Ecosystem Coordination:
Assist with follow-ups across internal business lines and external payment channel partners; help prepare meeting materials, action item tracking, and status updates. -
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Collect, clean, and analyze payment and partnership data; build and maintain dashboards and regular reports to track KPIs, partner performance, and pipeline progress; surface insights to support team decision-making. -
Market Research:
Conduct in-depth research on the US payment landscape, including competitive analysis, regulatory environment, and PSP/acquirer benchmarking. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications - Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, comfortable managing multiple workflows simultaneously.
- Proficient in data analytics;
- Proactive, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Available to work at least 4 days per week for a minimum of 6 months, able to come on-site to our San Jose campus at least 2-3 days per week. Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in contract management, legal operations, vendor coordination, partnership operations, or business administration.
- Experience working with large datasets or building recurring business reports.
