We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Continuing Care Assistant to join our team. As a Continuing Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and oral care;

  • Collaborate with residents and other members of the interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans;

  • Assist with planning and implementing resident leisure activities;

  • Perform delegated nursing acts according to company policy and scope of practice;
  • ">
  • Communicate and report relevant information regarding resident care or safety to Supervisor.

About You

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and service to our residents. If you have a valid Personal Support Worker Acute Care diploma or Provincial Personal Care Worker course, and are able to work flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, we encourage you to apply.
