Customer Service Ambassador

As an ambassador of our guests, you will be the first point of contact upon arrival at one of our establishments. The Guest Service Agent informs, greets and helps generate personalized attention to ensure a memorable stay.

We have winter internship opportunities for a 6-month period starting in January 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Check-in and check-out, verify and detail arrivals and departures, and ensure that internal activities run smoothly.
  • Respond with care and attention to all guest requests, using individuality and creativity to constantly improve their experience.
  • Respond to guests' requests courteously and efficiently, whether in person, by telephone or by email.
  • Resolve guest issues and concerns in a proactive, satisfaction-oriented manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide relevant information that enables us to offer a personalized experience to our guests.

Key Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Hospitality is preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential.
  • A natural customer service orientation with a positive attitude is required.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and calm is necessary.
  • Strong listening skills to understand guest needs and preferences are important.
  • Good computer skills and experience with OPERA PMS is an asset.
