About the position
This position is responsible for creating digital media content including videos, presentations, photography, and other digital media. This position is also responsible for participating in the design and construction of digital media in support of Tractor Supply Company's (TSC) business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Use video, audio, photography, cinematography, graphic design, story boarding, animation, special effects, and other techniques to tell a story through the digital media.
- Create and implement technologies that leverage digital media, including video and audio recordings to educate team members, customers, and leaders across the organization.
- Participate in the planning, scripting, story writing, recording, editing and publishing of video and audio files for use in training and to meet TSC needs for media.
- Partner with department managers and executive leadership on digital media projects, providing media expertise for projects from concept to development.
- Participate in the setup of filming locations and assist in the talent coordination for the production of media pieces.
- Use graphic design processes and software to enhance final presentations.
- Use media and training production calendars. Ensure deliverables are met and projects stay on time and within established budget.
- Incorporate photography into final media productions.
- Implement digital storage protocols and manage all digital assets including video
Requirements
- 2 - 4 years of experience with various types of digital media.
- Associate's degree in Computer Science, Film Production, Media Technology, or related field is preferred. Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered.

- Strong knowledge of identifying and analyzing audience needs and tying the needs to business requirements.
