Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions in our database. Conduct product demonstrations and trainings for clients to enhance their understanding and usage of our products. Continuously identify and communicate product improvement opportunities to the relevant teams. Participate in product testing and provide feedback to ensure high-quality and user-friendly products. Contribute to the development and improvement of customer support processes and procedures.
